Label the whole as hypothesis. Separable public facts are already confirmed elsewhere in this file (twenty staff; Carlyle history; Lockheed CFR as a public programme; HA08 North cable fault; UCT-2 near-shore HDAS work). Two load-bearing collisions with the rest of the archive: (1) a structural failure at 18:22 UTC fights six further hours of Inmarsat handshakes treated as a flying aeroplane, and African serial-identified debris; (2) UCT-2’s published 110 ft anode job is not the 189 km / 1,500 m HA08 North break. Ashton Hall’s negative on metre-scale manufactured plasma orbs also still sits on the plasma branch. File the paper so it can be tested. Do not promote it to a finding.
