MTS-B is EO/IR FMV/targeting. Contemporary Orion payload discussions name it. Raytheon 10-K totals do not identify Orion as the customer.
Keep as PAYLOAD LEAD. Contract-level tracing of the 2012/2013 MTS awards is a ledger priority and must not be silently joined to MAGIC.
