USAF/SOCOM WAAS system. Congressional documentation describes Blue Devil Block 1 as integrating Angel Fire-derived wide-area imagery with signals intelligence on manned aircraft. Confirmed as the WAAS ancestor in this family, not as an MH370 collector.
Angel Fire was a persistent wide-area airborne surveillance capability. Blue Devil Block 1 did not invent WAAS from a blank sheet: it combined Angel Fire-derived imagery with SIGINT cueing and FMV on King Airs. That is why Blue Devil cannot be reduced to the cancelled Block 2 airship. Gorgon Stare later sat in the same WAMI lane. Angel Fire is part of the documented sensor lineage under the BIG SAFARI family. There is no evidence it collected MH370.
