Blue Devil, MAGIC, Orion, BIG SAFARI — 2014 window

The 18 September 2026 briefing is a set of source collages, not a completed paper. It argues that large classified aviation and ISR programmes were signed — some at short notice — in the run-up to 8 March 2014, and that Freescale’s last formal presentation before twenty employees boarded MH370 showed gyroscopic-sensor work. Blue Devil’s airship, NSA collection interests, and BIG SAFARI are named on the same boards. The plates are primary visual sources. They do not, by themselves, place any of those programmes on 9M-MRO.
