The 00:19 log-on is probable fuel exhaustion

Official finding: aircraft-initiated log-on most likely a power restore after dual flame-out and APU/bus bring-up.

Malaysian report conclusions 14–15. It is the reason the 7th arc is treated as an end-of-flight locus. A power cycle from some other cause is not fully eliminated.
