The 7th arc is the BTO range ring at the 00:19:29 UTC aircraft-initiated log-on. Published reconstructions run it across the southern Indian Ocean west of Australia, from roughly the low twenties south toward 40°S. End-of-flight dynamics decide whether the wreck is on the arc (steep descent after dual flame-out) or tens of kilometres away (glide, turn, or continuing flight after SDU log-on). Every official and Ocean Infinity box is an argument about a segment of this arc plus a stand-off distance. The arc is not a crash coordinate. Location of wreckage is also not identity of the actor.
