The 18:25 log-on follows a SATCOM power interruption
Official: aircraft-initiated log-on three minutes after last radar is most likely SDU power restore. Why power was lost is unknown.
A log-on is not a routine hourly handshake. Something cycled the terminal after MEKAR.
