It is not, on the face of the header, a statement of work naming 9M-MRO, MAGIC, or an ISR payload. The 4 March ‘Boeing Statement of Work’ named on the forensic board is the document to pull. Until that SOW is read, treat the dollar figure and date as confirmed and the operational meaning as open.
