Forensic evidence board — facts, capabilities, missing dossiers
Working chart of intersections · ten target records still outstanding

Cork-board reconstruction: Malaysian military radar and MH370 data on one side; QF-16 2013, UAV/UAS patents, JORN, Kadena P-8A/P-3C, Inmarsat SATCOM and Boeing range models on the other. The bottom row is the live request list — Boeing’s 4 March statement of work, sortie logs, Global Hawk, Pinckney/Kidd tracks, JORN tasking, SBIRS, Five Eyes correspondence, 9M-MRO avionics configuration.
This is a working chart, not a finding that any listed capability flew against 9M-MRO. Established MH370 data (military primary ~18:22 UTC, unidentified westbound track, Malaysian OTH reporting) is set next to pre-2014 comparative technology (Boeing/USAF QF-16 unmanned demonstration 2013; mature long-endurance UAS; remote-takeover patents) and strategic theatre context (US Navy regional deployment, JORN, regional ISR readiness). Coloured strings mark radar/surveillance, remote/autonomous aviation, financial/procurement, geopolitical context, and MH370-specific data. The ten dossiers at the foot are the open queue. Several items already have records in this file (JORN not tasked; Inmarsat SATCOM; Boeing uninterruptible-autopilot patent). New in this pass: QF-16 as a 2013 capability fact, the 4 March 2014 NAVAIR Boeing delivery order, and the Pinckney/Kadena search-presence board.
