The captain reports maintaining flight level 350. The aircraft is established on the filed route toward waypoint IGARI.
At 17:01:17 UTC the pilot-in-command reported to Lumpur Radar that MH370 was maintaining FL350. This is a routine position/level report. Nothing in the radio work up to this point suggested an emergency. Secondary surveillance radar continued to paint the aircraft with its Mode S transponder, and ACARS was still operating.
