Inmarsat signalling-unit logs for 9M-MRO

Malaysia released a readable extract of the Inmarsat ground-earth-station log covering 9M-MRO from about 16:00 UTC on 7 March through the failed interrogation at 01:16 UTC on 8 March. Each line is a signalling unit, not a position report. BTO is a round-trip timing residual (after subtracting a constant processing delay); BFO is a frequency residual. R600 versus R1200 channels need different BTO calibration (notably a 4,600 µs adjustment on some log-on messages). Anyone doing independent path reconstruction is reconstructing from this table.
