Delavar was the second of two Iranian men on the flight. The published nationality summary listed an Austrian passenger because that was the document presented at KLIA. Interpol and Malaysian investigators established the passport belonged to Christian Kozel, from whom it had been stolen. Identity: Iranian. Travel document: stolen Austrian. Confirmed as a fact of the manifest. Not converted by the Annex 13 team into a hijack.
