Hijack or bomb — not adopted as a finding
Stolen passports and a residual third-party clause keep the hypothesis in the file. No claim of responsibility, no identified bomb, no identified hijack crew.
Treat terrorism as a live circumstantial branch, not a discarded joke and not a conclusion. The two stolen-passport travellers are confirmed. The official investigation did not convert that into a terror act. Absence of a claim of responsibility is not proof of innocence; it is a fact that has to sit next to the others.
