Working hypothesis of the Drive research programme

If alleged video were authentic, a test/collection architecture could involve a subject aircraft plus airborne/space collectors, C2 links, sensor fusion and PED. Programme overlap with MAGIC/Orion/Gorgon Stare/Blue Devil is documented. The bridge to MH370 is not.

MAGIC

Medium Altitude Global ISR and Communications

USAF programme built around Aurora Orion. Objective: multi-day persistence at 20,000 ft with ≥1,000 lb ISR payload. Executed by 645 AESG / BIG SAFARI. Confirmed programme; MH370 link not established.

What is the bridge from the ISR environment to MH370?

Working-report core problem. Need one specific platform, sensor, command link, contract, deployment or test event in both the programme chain and the MH370 window.

Blue Devil I / II

Multi-INT ISR · BIG SAFARI ecosystem · cancelled airship

Block I: King Air C90s with WAMI + SIGINT + FMV in Afghanistan. Block II: same sensor idea on a 5–7 day airship; stopped 2012; hardware to Greenville. Residual parts absorbed into other Air Force programmes.
